Join a team.
Four teams, one application. Tell us where you would like to work and what you would like to do — and from there it takes a conversation and a yes, and nothing else.

How it works
STEP 1
Make an account
Applications belong to an account. It is how you follow where yours has got to, and how we set you up if we say yes.
STEP 2
Apply once
One form covers as many teams as you want. Choose the work, and the time you actually have rather than the time you wish you had.
STEP 3
A conversation, or a read
onPurpose, onHealth and onEvents talk with you before deciding. onPerspective is decided on the application itself.
STEP 4
You are in
One email with your Microsoft Teams invitation, and a checklist that tracks everything left to do.
What we ask, and what you can hold us to
A person reads it
Every application is read by someone rather than routed into a queue. We reply either way, usually within two weeks.
Most roles are voluntary
PonderOn is early, and we will be explicit about that before asking anything of you. Nothing here is a job offer by another name.
You can step away
If this stops being worth your time, say so. It will not be awkward, and you will not have to explain yourself twice.
Not sure which team fits?
Book a short conversation and we will work it out together. It is a better use of half an hour than guessing.
