onPurpose is PonderOn’s youth initiative. Its first programme, the Founder Circle, runs online for 18 to 24 year olds in groups of three to five. Partnership is how the same work reaches further — into schools, employers, and community groups.

Who is onPurpose for?
Young people navigating school, friendships, family, and whatever comes next — and the adults around them. Partners help us reach them where they already are.
What does a partner commit to?
A room, a point of contact, and a term of scheduled time. We handle the programme, the materials, and the facilitation.
Is there a cost?
Pilot cohorts are grant-supported, so schools and community organisations can usually take part at no cost. Employer partnerships are agreed individually.
