Meetings

Let’s talk, on Microsoft Teams

Book time with our team to talk about joining the effort, volunteering your time, or partnering with us — all over Microsoft Teams. It’s simple, exactly how a meeting should be.

Set up a meeting

A few things to prep.

Check your camera and mic.

Test your webcam and audio a few minutes early so we can jump right into the conversation.

Have Teams ready to go.

Install Microsoft Teams ahead of time, or join right from your browser — no account required.

Know your agenda.

Jot down what you’d like to cover — it helps us make the most of our time together.

Test your connection.

A stable connection means fewer dropped calls and a smoother meeting overall.

Three ways to get involved.

Join the Effort

Find your place on the team.

Tell us what you care about and what you’re good at, and we’ll work out where you fit.

Volunteer & Participate

Give what time you can.

Lend a skill, a few hours, or your voice — there’s a way in at every level of commitment.

Partnership

Build something with us.

Bring your organisation alongside ours, and let’s talk about what we could do together.

Let’s find a time.

Tell us what you’d like to talk about and we’ll send you a Microsoft Teams invitation, usually within one business day.

More questions? More answers.

How do I join a Teams meeting?

Click the meeting link we send you and choose to join in your browser, or open it directly in the Microsoft Teams app.

Can I reschedule my meeting?

Yes — every confirmation email includes a link to reschedule or cancel. You can also reply to the calendar invite or email us at support@ponderon.org and we’ll find a new time.

Do I need a Microsoft account?

No account is required. You can join any Teams meeting as a guest straight from your browser.

Will the meeting be recorded?

Only if we agree on it beforehand. We'll always ask before recording any session.

Ready when you are.

Pick a time that works and we’ll see you on Teams.

Set up a meeting

1. Meetings are held on Microsoft Teams. You can join from a browser without a Microsoft account, and every invitation includes a dial-in number if you would rather join by phone. 2. Booking a time is a request; you will receive a confirmation once it is accepted. 3. Times are shown in your local time zone. 4. Meetings may be recorded at the organiser’s discretion. If a meeting is being recorded, Teams notifies everyone at the start, and you are welcome to say if you would prefer it was not. Recordings and transcripts are stored inside PonderOn’s Microsoft 365 environment and used internally. 5. Live captions can be turned on by any participant from the Teams menu. Cameras are never required.
