Partners who keep asking questions, and keep learning in public alongside the people they serve.
Room for disagreement, and a commitment to conversations that stay honest and generous.
Work that lowers the barrier to understanding rather than raising the price of it.
Support at the moments that actually matter, when someone is deciding what to do next.
Partners rooted in a community, building the ties that hold it together over time.
Change measured in years, not campaigns, and outcomes that outlive the partnership.

Practitioners and mentors. Professionals, mentors, speakers, researchers, and volunteers who contribute their knowledge, experience, and perspective to PonderOn’s work.

Nonprofits and community groups. Organisations that support individuals, families, and communities through education, outreach, advocacy, and direct services.

Health and well-being. Groups working to improve access, understanding, and outcomes in healthcare, mental health, and personal well-being.

Mission-aligned companies. Companies that share our commitment to helping people navigate complex information and make informed decisions.
Every partnership begins with a conversation. Whether we are working with a nonprofit, an educational institution, a healthcare innovator, a community leader, or an individual contributor, we approach every relationship with respect, openness, and a desire to learn from one another.
We are not looking for a logo swap. Partnerships are built to run for years, with room to change shape as both organisations do.
We would rather build on what both sides believe than on what either side is buying. That is the test we will apply to the first partnerships we take on.
We begin by listening: what you are trying to change, who you serve, and where understanding is the thing standing in the way.

It depends on the partner. Some will contribute expertise as mentors, speakers, or reviewers. Some will co-produce programmes or events. Some will help us reach communities we could not reach alone. We are early, so the first partnerships will be shaped in conversation rather than picked off a menu.
No. Partnerships are built on shared values rather than transactions. Where a partnership involves real costs, such as producing an event, we agree how those are covered up front and in writing.
Both. We are looking for professionals, mentors, speakers, researchers, and volunteers, alongside nonprofits, educational institutions, healthcare innovators, and mission-aligned companies.
PonderOn Tomorrow works on future readiness and young people. PonderOn Perspective is the storytelling and analysis work. Events covers Ponder 27 and the gatherings around it. If more than one fits, start with a conversation and we will work it out together.
We will come back to you within a couple of weeks, and we start with a conversation. What follows depends on scope. We are building this deliberately rather than quickly — the relationships we care most about are measured in years rather than campaigns.
