ONPURPOSE

onPurpose is our youth initiative — sixteen sessions on the things nobody sits young people down and explains. Joining it means being in the room, or making the room possible.
What the work is
Sessions
Run and support the sessions themselves — the Circle, the reading, and the follow-up that decides whether any of it lands.
Materials
Write, edit and translate what the sessions are built on, so the next facilitator is not starting from nothing.
Care
Safeguarding, accessibility, and the quiet work of noticing when someone in the room needs something.
Who we are looking for
Writing, editing, translation, events, research, design, engineering, partnerships — or simply time and attention. Pick the one closest to what you would actually enjoy; we would rather place you well than fill a gap.

Talk it through
For onPurpose we always talk before deciding. Half an hour, at a time you pick, and it is a conversation rather than an interview.
STEP 3
Two things we ask
Everyone joining onPurpose confirms they are 18 or over, and reads what we expect of people working with young people. Both are kept with your application.
STEP 4
Welcome
One email with your Microsoft Teams invitation, and a checklist that tracks everything left to do.
