PonderOn onPurpose
Founder Circle
Four months. Sixteen conversations. One honest next step.
ONpurpose helps young adults aged 18–24 who feel uncertain or stuck find clarity and direction — through a four-month small-group Circle built on honest conversation and practical next steps.
Most programmes start with goals. We start with values. Groups are deliberately small — three to five people — so everyone gets heard.
Four months, four questions
Month one
Values
What do I actually care about, and why?
You leave with: Five-value compass
Month two
Struggles
What am I quietly dealing with, and am I alone in it?
You leave with: Support map
Month three
Roadblocks
What is in my way, and what is actually mine to move?
You leave with: One-rock plan
Month four
Talents & Direction
What do I have to work with, and where could it go?
You leave with: New-year direction
What this is, and what it isn’t
What the Circle is
- A community that helps you examine your values and direction.
- A place where people can share their experiences and be heard.
- A source of honest, practical guidance.
- A structured exchange rather than a lecture.
What it is not
- Therapy, counselling, or a crisis service.
- A place that tells you what to believe.
- A religious or political programme.
- A guarantee that difficult situations will become easy.
How an hour runs
0–5 min
Arrival
The room opens, music plays, no pressure.
5–10 min
Opening
The month’s theme, this week’s question, the house rules.
10–35 min
Guided exchange
Open questions and different voices — not a lecture.
35–45 min
Stories
A real story, with the facilitator going first.
45–55 min
Next step
Everyone names one small action before next time.
55–60 min
Close
A short takeaway and a preview of the next conversation.
Two house rules
Listen
When someone is speaking, the Circle respects their time and perspective.
No gossip
Personal stories shared in the Circle are not material for gossip outside the room.
You can listen at first, and share only what you are comfortable sharing. ONpurpose is not therapy or crisis care — if something needs more than a conversation, we will help you find the right support.

Your privacy
We use your details only to consider your request and to write back about the Circle. Nothing shared in a session is published without your explicit permission, and if a session is recorded we say so plainly at the start — audio and transcript stay private, and declining promotional use is always easy.
